Personal Training at ASC Performance is the best way to lose fat, get strong and feel awesome.
With clients ranging from 18 to 80, with goals varying from toning up to powerlifting; at ASC Performance anybody who wants to feel stronger and more confident has a place in our community.
Group Personal Training sessions are run Monday – Friday at the following times:
11.00-12.00, 17.00-18.00, 18.00-19.00, 19.00-20.00
In each session, you will have your own program to do under the supervision of a coach, however the gym will have you and up to 3 other people in there too!
Everybody will be doing their own workout, but still have the support, knowledge and encouragement from the coach.
The group atmosphere is fantastic and leads to a great community feel.

Meet your coach, discuss your goals and get booked in for your first session at a time that suits you.

The hardest step is the first one, once you’ve got that out of the way, it’s plain sailing moving forwards and we will be there every step of the way.

100% YES! We’ve worked with hundreds of clients and have equipment and (custom made) programs appropriate for people of all skill levels, from those brand new to exercise all the way to international athletes.
Our standard session times are 10.00, 17.00, 18.00, 19.00 Monday-Friday, though there is flexibility in there.
Over time, we’ve found these are our most popular slots that work for our clients.
Just make sure to wear clothing you are comfortable in and bring yourself a drink.

In short, yes! As long as your doctor has said you can exercise, we can work around nearly any obstacle. Adam is a fully qualified doctor and we have a lot of experience in adapting our coaching approach around injuries, travel, holidays and hectic lifestyles.
Yes, this is one of the most common questions we receive. Our programs are customised with each client in mind. We have a range of clients with our current youngest being 18 and our eldest 81!
Unfortunately not, we do have other offers available to returning customers though, so please do get back in touch.
Once you have finished the free trial, we offer a few options moving forwards.
Regardless of what you choose, we will ensure that you finish the two week challenge with a plan in place to continue your journey.
Most people finish the kickstart, then move onto the next step in our introductory process, which is built to further develop what you’ve achieved in the first week working with us.
Alternatively, if you’re feeling confident, you may move onto a monthly membership at the gym/virtually to continue your journey with us.

If you are in the middle of week trial and this happens, we will happily provide the sessions for you as ‘virtual personal training’, which we have done for clients in the past. If the gym is forced to shut again, or you cannot use the facility, we do offer online coaching as a service, for details please email us.

All of our programs are flexible to you, offer is for up to 5 x 1 hour Group Personal Training sessions to be used a one week period. However, you do not have to use them all if that does not work for you.. Extra gym sessions are up to you, we will of course advise on what you should be doing, but that is all included in the trial.
